Chief Operating Officer:  The Rader Network®

Represents The Rader Network within the parameters defined by the President/CEO, and the standards defined by The Rader Network Policy, Professionalism, Integrity, and Ethical Conduct.  Participates in customer negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction, product relevance, and cost-efficiency.  Develops, oversees, and directs employees to improve employee product knowledge and increase revenue.  Continuously evaluates The Rader Network’s infrastructure for relevance and utilization.  Directs and develops department leaders.  Implements policies, processes, and procedures to increase productivity and generate revenues.  Serves as a member of the executive team, providing strategic, operational, and tactical planning.  As approved by the executive team, implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher return-on-investment and optimize workflow.  Reports directly to the President/CEO, providing performance measurements and recommending revenue enhancement programs.  As approved by the President/CEO, executes programs to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout The Rader Network’s operations.

Mrs. Bibby is a subject matter expert using AutoCAD to create residential, additions, remodels, and commercial blueprints for submittal to regional building departments.  She is knowledgeable of building codes (UBC, IBC, IRC), foundation design and structural engineering.
