Mr. Enos has over forty-five years experience in the telecommunications industry.  Mr. Enos is an expert in the design and installation of telecommunications systems, including LAN, WAN, Campus, and telephone infrastructures.  Mr. Enos provides formal instruction to commercial, educational, and governmental organizations regarding the design and installation of copper, co-axial, and fiber optic cable plants for voice, data and video applications.  Mr. Enos is a Master Contractor for Lucent Technologies and Exp@nets.  He provides telecommunications infrastructure and educational support to commercial, defense contractor, and U.S. Government entities.  Mr. Enos has installed systems nationwide; and in South America and Asia.  Mr. Enos provides telecommunications consulting services to commercial entities in several European nations.

Responsible for designing, selling, installing, testing, and certifying the complete range of cable infrastructure systems, from co-axial to hybrid fiber/copper supporting voice, data, and audiovisual.  Provided design services, problem diagnosis, project management, and on-site support.  Managed teams of installers, technicians, and high-level consultants.  Responsible for training technicians and affiliated contractors world wide.

U.S. West:  Sales and Training Coordinator, 1988-1989

Coordinated sales efforts for Mountain Pacific territory.  Provided direct training to customers.  Finished third in nation in sales achievement for installation crews nation wide.

AT&T/U.S. West:  Service Manager, 1980-1989

Supervised teams of system technicians, providing installation and repair services in Utah.  Supported entire AT&T product line and cable infrastructure.  Team led nation in sales achievement for three consecutive years.
