No ... there is an criminal device attached.

 

The criminal device fits over the ATM's real card insert slot.  The device contains an additional card reader that makes a copy of your card so the criminal can duplicate it.

 

 

Notice anything unusual about the pamphlet holder?

 

It, too, is a criminal device.
